• Benedikt Gabor, head of the real estate department at Nordrheinische Ärzteversorgung, takes over the position as chairman of the advisory board from Dr. Eckart John von Freyend
• Martin Führlein, CEO of Pegasus Capital Partners, becomes deputy chairman of the advisory board

Munich, 04 March 2025 – KINGSTONE Real Estate (“KRE”), a company domiciled in Munich, is replacing the chair of its advisory board, which was formed in 2019: Benedikt Gabor, head of the real estate department at the Nordrheinische Ärzteversorgung doctors’ pension scheme, who has served as deputy chairman of the KRE Advisory Board since 2023, will take over the chairmanship from Dr. Eckart John von Freyend, who is leaving the advisory board at the end of his regular term. He is succeeded as deputy chairman by Martin Führlein, the CEO of Pegasus Capital Partners, who was appointed as new member of the advisory board. The committee assists KRE by providing consultancy and support.

In addition to his role as chairman of the committee, Benedikt Gabor remains in charge of the German institutional investors segment. Owing to his current and former positions, including as member of the advisory board of FondsForum, head of real estate and equity investments at Deutsche Rückversicherung AG and at the VöV Association of German Public Insurers, as senior portfolio manager at Catella Real Estate AG and former vice president at Deutsche Immobilien Leasing GmbH, his credentials include comprehensive know-how and an extensive network.

DAt the same time, KINGSTONE Real Estate recruited Martin Führlein as his deputy. Führlein brings long-term experience as capital market expert to his new position. In addition to his principal job as CEO of Pegasus Capital Partners, he also serves as member of the Supervisory Board of PSD Bank Nürnberg eG, having previously served as member of the board of GRR AG and as managing director of GRR Real Estate Management.
